People forget that body cams were supposed to help hold cops accountable. In the latest senseless killing, apparently there were dozens of officers on the scene… who ALL had body cams turned off despite policy. You cannot reform the police.

Along the same lines, banning choke holds won’t help, they were banned in New York in 1993 and that didn’t stop the police from using one on Eric Garner in 2014 and the officer who killed him still wasn’t indicted for his death. So putting regulations in place won’t mean a goddamn thing when the cops just ignore them.
